This study aims to present and explain employee fraud by reviewing bibliometric analysis gathered from the Scopus database from 2011 until 2020. The analysis method uses the VOSviewer application system for data visualization and Microsoft Excel to perform data frequency analysis. The results indicate that there is still a lack of research on employee fraud from 2011 until 2020. Meanwhile, it contradicts the results of the ACFE survey which shows a shifting in the trend of fraud perpetrators. For instance, in 2019 the first place was occupied by directors/owners, while in 2020 fraud perpetrators were dominated by employees. Hopefully, this research helps encourage other researchers to conduct research on employee fraud in the field of detection and prevention for the sake of the sustainability of an organization. To the best of the author's knowledge, a bibliometric analysis study of employee fraud using the Scopus database is difficult to find

Penelitian ini mengkaji perkembangan dengan topik metode service quality. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) peta perkembangan jumlah publikasi mengenai topik service quality; (2) mengetahui artikel ilmiah yang memiliki jumlah kutipan tertinggi mengenai topik service quality; (3) mengetahui peta perkembangan publikasi ilmiah berdasarkan kata kunci. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penelusuran pada database google scholar dengan kata kunci service quality dan servqual, dengan katagori article title, abstract, keywords dalam rentang tahun 2016 –2020. Hasil penelusuran menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 907 artikel ilmiah yang sesuai dengan kata kunci berdasarkan aplikasi Harzing’s Publish or Perish. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perkembangan publikasi tahun 2016-2020 dengan topik penelitian metode service quality meningkat disetiap tahunnya, dengan jumlah publikasi tertinggi pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 287 artikel. Sedangkan publikasi yang memiliki jumlah kutipan terbanyak adalah JE Panjaitan, AL Yuliati (2016) dengan judul artikel Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada JNE Cabang Bandung. Peta perkembangan publikasi ilmiah pada aplikasi VOSViewer berdasarkan kata kunci service quality dan servqual. Visualisasi network pada aplikasi VOSViewer menunjukkan bahwa peta Litbang pertanian terbagi menjadi sembilan cluster. Cluster 1 terdiri dari 10 item, Cluster 2 terdiri dari 10 item, Cluster 3 terdiri dari 10 item, Cluster 4 terdiri dari 8 item, Cluster 5 terdiri dari 7 item, Cluster 6 terdiri dari 6 item, Cluster 7 terdiri dari 5 item, dan Cluster 8 terdiri dari 3 item, Cluster 9 terdiri dari dua item.

Decision-making in the organization always relates to the description of the results of the decisions taken. Therefore, every organization needs a management information system to assist in making various kinds of decisions needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence and effectiveness of management information systems on decision-making in the field of archives. The method used in this study is the explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and product correlation moments. Data analysis was performed using simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The subjects of this study were 120 administrative employees in the city of Bandung. To support the analysis, this study also carried out a bibliometric analysis to determine trends in research development from information management systems to decision-making. Based on the findings, the quality of the management information system used is in the high category, as well as the effectiveness of decision-making is in the high category. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and significance, it can be interpreted that the management information system has a positive and significant effect on decision-making in the field of administration.
