Factor Structure and Validity Indicators of the Job Content Questionnaire: Discussing Stress in the Work Contexts

Abstract: Study assessed the dimensional structure of the Job Content Questionnaire's (JCQ 2.0) main scales in two different work contexts. We evaluated two surveys among Brazilian workers, comprising 3084 health workers and 489 industrial workers.
