Facetten des deutschen Euroskeptizismus: Eine qualitative Analyse der deutschen Wahlprogramme zur Europawahl 2014

Abstract: Die Europäische Union (EU) hat seit den 1990er Jahren mit Akzeptanzschwierigkeiten zu kämpfen: Entscheidungen aus Brüssel, Straßburg oder Luxemburg stoßen in den EU-Mitgliedstaaten zunehmend auf Unverständnis und rufen bisweilen harsche Reaktionen hervor. Von einem "permissive consensus" in der Bevölkerung über den Fortgang des supranationalen Integrationsprojekts kann nicht mehr die Rede sein.
