Extração e ação de toxinas de Exserohilum turcicum em plantas de milho

Abstract: A mancha foliar é uma doença causada pelo fungo Exserohilum turcicum em milho, capim e sorgo. Para demonstrar a ação do patógeno nas plantas, a reação realizada é a de patogenicidade, importante em procedimentos de melhoramento de plantas. A forma de substituir está na ação de toxinas produzidas por isolados do fungo.
