Recent studies have shown the need to identify new potential additional descriptors for the soybean culture to contribute to cultivars differentiation. Thus, the objective of this study was to estimate generic parameters and analyze characters in the soybean plants in phenotypical phase, during two evaluation periods. The study analyzed 28 genotypes under greenhouse conditions, during two evaluation periods (October and December, 2017), in two stages of development (V2 and V3), regarding hypocotyl and epicotyl length and plant height. Experimental units (an average of two plants) were displayed in randomized blocks with four replicates. An individual and joint analysis of variance were conducted, and coefficients of experimental variation and genotypic determination were estimated for each character analyzed as well as the ratio between the experimental and genetic variation coefficients. Next, mean tests and the analysis of the phenotypic and genotypic correlation were carried out. Results showed that the genotypes analyzed differed in regard to hypocotyl and epicotyl length and plant height, at the V2 and V3 stages of development. In addition, the estimated magnitude of the genetic parameters and genotypic correlations showed genetic influence on the phenotypic expression of the hypocotyl and epicotyl length and plant height at the V2 and V3 stages of development.

Objetivou-se analisar morfometricamente botões florais e flores de soja com o intuito de identificar variabilidade genética entre cultivares. Utilizou-se sementes de cultivares convencionais de soja e ao florescimento, procedeu-se a coleta de botões florais e flores. Para o botão floral mensurou-se o comprimento (CBF) e largura do botão floral (LBF), comprimento do pistilo (CPBF) e dos estames (CEBF). Para a flor foram obtidas as medidas do comprimento (CF) e largura da flor (LF), comprimento das sépalas (CSF), comprimento do estandarte (CESF) e largura do estandarte (LESF), comprimento do pistilo (CPF) e dos estames (CEM). Considerando o delineamento inteiramente casualizado com 20 repetições e separadamente para botão floral e flor, os dados foram submetidos à análise de variância, teste de Tukey e análise de diversidade genética. Identificou-se efeito significativo para cultivares nas variáveis CBF, LBF, CPBF e CEBF, analisados nos botões florais e a cultivar Conquista destacou-se com maior média. Para a flor, as variáveis CF, LF, CSF, CESF e CPF apresentaram efeito de cultivares significativos, a TMG 801 apresentou-se como a de maior média. As análises de diversidade indicaram a formação de 3 grupos geneticamente distintos. Conclui-se as cultivares de soja diferenciam-se quanto às variáveis do botão floral e da flor e que a variabilidade genética identificada entre as cultivares analisadas por meio de técnicas multivariadas baseadas em morfometria reprodutiva é importante para direcionar futuros trabalhos na área de biologia reprodutiva da soja.
