Epidemiological investigation of perinatal deaths in Recife-Pernambuco: a quality assessment

Abstract: Objective: to evaluate the completeness of perinatal death investigation sheets, stratified by age components. Method: descriptive study carried out in Recife, PE, in 2014. Among 308 perinatal deaths, 46 were excluded from this study due to association with congenital malformations, and 7 due to missing investigation sheets.
