“…One mL standard drug working solution was mixed with 1 mL drug‐free plasma obtained from healthy human volunteers after centrifugation at 18 659 g for 30 min. Two mL of acetonitrile were added as protein precipitating agent, and the mixture was completed with methanol to 10 mL, and then centrifuged at 18 659 g for about 20 min. Two mL of the clear supernatant was diluted with distilled water as appropriate to cover the linearity range for all investigated drugs, and then the sample analyzed using a general analytical protocol.…”

“…The use of micellar media has become one technique that is commonly applied to enhance the fluorescence emission of many fluorophores and therefore could successfully decrease the limit of detection (LOD) of the method. This approach has been applied to improve the sensitivity of the spectrofluorimetric analysis of several compounds . As presented in Figure , SPV has weak inherent fluorescence in aqueous solution at λ em 427 nm after excitation at λ ex 337 nm.…”

“…Regarding the in vivo study; 120 mg of FBX tablet is absorbed orally with C max (5.273 ± 1.781 μg/mL) in 1.5 h . The following equation was used in calculating the percent recovery of the FBX in human plasma samples: %recovery0.25emitalicin vivo=delivery0.25emitalicin vivo×%recovery0.25emitalicin vitro/delivery0.25emitalicin vitro …”
