There are several factors that can affect employee performance, namely the work environment, leadership style and work motivation. The work environment is the conditions that exist around the workplace including aspects of temperature, lighting, air, sound and layout. Leadership style is one of the factors that can build a comfortable work environment. While work motivation is a condition that is formed from a sense of comfort in the work environment and leadership style so that employees are able to work well. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. The method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the study show that all factors that can influence employee performance have a positive effect. The existence of this research is expected to be able to show that aligning employee performance factors needs to be continuously developed in order to be able to improve employee performance. Because when employees work well, the company will be younger in achieving its vision and mission.

This study examines the effect of work professionalism, job satisfaction and organizational climate on employee performance in Muaradua Hospital employees. This study uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study included all Muaradua Regional General Hospital paramedics with a work period of more than one year. The sampling method is saturated, and the data collection technique uses questionnaire distribution. The data were analyzed using partial least square structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that work professionalism, job satisfaction, and organizational climate can directly improve employee performance. In addition, work professionalism and job satisfaction can improve the organizational climate. Organizational climate becomes partially mediating the relationship between work professionalism and job satisfaction on employee performance. The results of this study suggest that the hospital should be able to maintain professionalism and encourage job satisfaction, as well as create and improve strategies for factors related to organizational climate.

This study aims to find the factors that influence employee performance through employee engagement. This study used a qualitative literature review method. As a result of this study, several variables strongly support improving employee performance. No respondents were used in this study. Previous articles have been used and analyzed. Related to the research title. The results of this study show that there is a significance between the independent and dependent variables which are proven to be interconnected. The findings of this study are that the employee engagement variable plays a very important role in bridging the employee performance variables, supported by thirteen previous research literature reviews.
