The relationship between work professionalism and job satisfaction toward employee performance in mediating of organizational climate

Abstract: This study examines the effect of work professionalism, job satisfaction and organizational climate on employee performance in Muaradua Hospital employees. This study uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study included all Muaradua Regional General Hospital paramedics with a work period of more than one year.
