ResumenEste artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la relación existente entre el proceso de bús-queda de reingreso en el mercado formal de trabajo y el Síndrome de Burnout. Parte del presupuesto de que buscar un nuevo empleo es una tarea/trabajo que exige capacidad de inversión, organización del tiempo y compromiso dejando al trabajador expuesto a una serie de factores que provocan desgaste emocional, y, si persisten, pueden llevarlo al burnout. Se parte de modelos actuales de Síndrome de Burnout (Edelwich y Brodsky 1980, Maslach y Jackson 1981). El articulo finaliza con la propuesta de posibilidades de intervención del psicólogo para la prevención y terapia del Síndrome de Burnout en trabajadores en situación de desempleo.Palabras clave: Síndrome de Burnout, reingreso profesional, trabajador en situación de desempleo.
AbstractThe goal of this article is to analyze the existent relation between the process of reentering the formal work market and Burnout Syndrome. It is assumed that looking for a new job demands investment, organization of time and commitment. Thus, the worker is exposed to a number of stressful factors which, if persistent, might lead to Burnout. The analysis is performed according to the theoretical methods of Burnout Syndrome proposed by Edelwich and Brodsky; Maslach and Jackson. This article ends considering prevention and treatment of Burnout Syndrome in workers in situation of unemployment.
