Eği̇ti̇mci̇ler İçi̇n Di̇ji̇tal Yeterli̇li̇k Ölçeği̇: Uyarlama, Geçerli̇k Ve Güveni̇rli̇k Çalişmasi

Abstract

Bilim ve teknolojide kaydedilen gelişmelerle teknoloji artık herkesin yaşamının ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır. Buna bağlı olarak da gelecek nesillerin sahip olması gereken yetkinlikler arasında dijital teknolojilerin etkin kullanımı öne çıkan bir parametre hâline gelmiştir. Ancak bu yetkinliğin gelecek nesillere kazandırılması öğretmenlerin de yetkin olması ile mümkündür. Bu bağlamda öncelikle öğretmenlerin dijital yetkinlik konusundaki durumlarının tespiti önem arz ettiğinden birçok ölçek geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen ölçekler yabancı dilde olup dil ve bağlamlar faktörleri göz önünde bulundurulduğunda ülkemiz öğretmenlerinin dijital yetkinliklerinin tespiti noktasında Türkçe bir ölçeğe ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Belirtilen bu ihtiyaç doğrultusunda bu çalışma kapsamında Eğitimciler için Dijital Yeterlilikler (DigCompEdu) Çerçevesi temel alınarak hazırlanan Eğitimciler için Dijital Yeterlilikler Ölçeği'nin Türkçeye uyarlanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda öğretmenlerden oluşan bir çalışma grubu üzerinde yapılan geçerlilik, güvenirlik çalışmaları ile ölçeğin Türkçe formunun geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma kapsamında uyarlanan ölçeğin uygulanması ile elde edilecek veriler sayesinde eğitim paydaşlarına yol gösterici ipuçları sunulabilir.
