Abstract: Bilim ve teknolojide kaydedilen gelişmelerle teknoloji artık herkesin yaşamının ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır. Buna bağlı olarak da gelecek nesillerin sahip olması gereken yetkinlikler arasında dijital teknolojilerin etkin kullanımı öne çıkan bir parametre hâline gelmiştir.
