Efektivitas Pengajaran Guru Ditinjau Dari Adversity Quotient Dan Integritas

Abstract: Efektivitas pengajaran guru merupakan kunci kemajuan pendidikan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menentukan hubungan adversity quotient dan integritas dengan efektifitas pengajaran. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Swasta Kota Sukabumi pada tahun 2018. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 223 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 144 orang yang ditentukan secara proportional random sampling.
