This research is relevant due to the need to improve the efficiency of engineering activities in the conditions of modern scientific and technical progress. To solve this problem, we showed the importance of creativity in the development of technical systems. Technical creativity optimization is associated with the use of methodological approaches. Different methodological approaches which reflect various structural levels of technical creativity are considered in the research. Technical creativity features associated with qualitative and quantitative processes of technical systems improving are shown. Differences in methodological approaches are indicated. There is particular importance in the development of technical systems has a methodology for resolving technical contradictions. The study is novel in the methodological approaches differentiation which reflects processes of development and improvement at various structural levels of technology. The paper concerned with the ambiguity and semantic openness of the concept of "person" in a broad sociocultural context, in its historical development, reveals the relative isolation of questions of philosophical anthropology and the relationship of its problems with other areas of philosophical knowledge, analyzing the image of a person, paying particular attention to the multidimensionality of human dimensions in modern philosophy of XX -XIX centuries. The main idea of the papers is to substantiate the ambiguity and semantic openness of the concept of "person" in the broad sociocultural context of postmodern, the search vectors for its identification in the modern communicative space, the interpretation of images of the world and images of man in the world of activity, in the world of communication, in the world of creativity. The article explores the constructive possibilities of developing theories and approaches in the field of higher school pedagogy based on the use of a system of concepts and methods of analytical philosophy. The methodological functions of analytical philosophy in relation to educational programs in higher education manifested themselves in the form of a fundamental focus on conceptual analysis, revealing substantial and variational aspects of the meaning of terms used for theoretical description and modeling of the educational process. The specifics of the methodology and the thematic profile of the analytical philosophy of education are revealed through the analysis of the concepts of R. Peters and P. Hirst, representative for this direction, which consist in certain continuity and reflect both positive heuristics and limitations of the analytical approaches used in educational theory. Russian higher education paradigms cover the stages of formation in general, which are indicated in the analytical philosophy of education. However, the epistemological similarity is accompanied by an ontological difference in the basis for the development of programs, which in Russian schools are more relevant to the specifics of the socioeconomic and cultural context.
