Eating a healthy lunch improves serum alanine aminotransferase activity

Abstract: BackgroundNutritional guidance and diet control play important roles in the treatment of obesity and non-alcoholic fatty liver. However, in Japan, nutritional guidance is difficult to provide in practice.
