Die Reaktion von N.N′‐Dihydroxyaminalen mit Isocyansäureestern Mitt. über Hydroxylamin‐Derivate

Abstract

Die Einwirkung von 2 Mol Isocyansaureester auf 9 verschiedene N.N'-Dihydroxyaminale (I) wird untersucht. Sie fuhrt unter N-OUmlagerung zu 3, oder unter Spaltung der Molekel zu den carbamoylierten Hydroxylaminen 5 und 6 , oder zum 2.4-disubst. 1,2.4-0xadiazolidon-(5) 4 als Cycloadditionsprodukt des Isocyansaureesters mit einem bei der Spaltung intermediQ gebildeten Formaldehydnitron 8. Reaction of N.N'-Dihydroxyaminals with IsocyanatesReaction of 2 moles of isocyanates with N.N'-dihydroxyaminals (1) leads by means of N+Orearrangement to 3; or to the carbamoylated hydroxylamines 5 and 6 ; or to 2.4-disubstituted 1.2.4-oxadiazolidone-(5) 4 as cycloaddition-product of isocyanate with methylene nitrone 8.Wie wir vor einiger Zeit berichtet haben2), wurden bei der Einwirkung von 2 Mol Isocyansaureestern (2) auf N .N'-Dihydroxyaminale3) (la, b, d) verschiedenartige Reaktionsprodukte 3-7 isoliert, von denen neben den durch N-tO-Umlagerung gebildeten l .3-disubstituierten l -[N-(Carbamoy1oxy)-aminomethoxy l-harnstoff-Derivaten (3) vor allem die 2.4-disubstituierten 1.2.4-0xadiazolidon-(5)Derivate (4) Interesse verdienen, da sie als Cycloadditionsprodukte der Isocyansaureester und intermediar gebildeter Formaldehydnitrone (8) erscheinen.
