“…La evaluación de la presencia de disnea fue citada en este estudio como una actividad. Un Informe de caso clínico que identificó los diagnósticos y las intervenciones de enfermería en pacientes con insuficiencia cardiaca descompensada en la UCI de un hospital situado en João Pessoa/PB señaló la disnea como el diagnóstico, y la intervención de enfermería para él, promover la posición de confort en la cama y mantenerlo en 30º (17) . En este estudio, se confirma que la actividad de elevar la cabecera, que aparece en la expresión "regulación hemodinámica", también tiene un buen resultado, ya que fue considerada como actividad crítica por las enfermeras de la UCI pediátrica participantes en esta investigación.…”
