The study aims to assess the impact of destination image, satisfaction and loyalty of tourists at mountain destinations in Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam. The study involves questionnaire surveys and multivariate data analysis methods (Cronbach Alpha test, EFA, CFA, SEM). Research results from 500 tourists in the mountain destinations of Thanh Hoa province demonstrate that all factors have imposed a positive impact on tourist satisfaction, specifically: The most influential factor is Natural features, followed by Human factors while the least influential factor is Infrastructure; On the other hand, research results also demonstrate that satisfaction has a substantial impact on tourist loyalty. Based on the research results, we also proposed some key solutions to enhance the destination image, thereby contributing to increased satisfaction and loyalty of tourists, including: (i) Promoting Natural Tourism Resources. (ii) Raising Awareness of Environmental Protection. (iii) Building Local Cultural Identity. (iv) Building Exclusive Tourist Products. (5) Strengthening the Support of Local Authorities for Tourism Activities. (vi) Developing a Price Policy.

The aim of this study was to determine coping strategies which may represent important personal resources and have a buffering effect in preventing mental health problems in parents of children with Down syndrome. Forty-nine parents of children with Down syndrome completed self-administrated measures of psychological and physical health problems, and coping behaviour, using several established measuring instruments. According to the hierarchical regression analyses, parents who often used regenerative coping strategies, and who experienced positive personal changes in terms of posttraumatic growth suffered from less anxiety and somatisation symptoms, whereas dysfunctional coping was the best predictor for parental depression and physical symptoms. Regenerative coping mediated between parental tendency to recognize their emotional needs and somatisation symptoms. Intervention programs for families of children with Down syndrome may benefit if they address parents' reflection about their feelings, foster posttraumatic growth processes, and impart knowledge about long-term regenerative coping strategies.

Представлены результаты теоретического анализа феномена посттравматического личностного роста: определено понятие посттравматического личностного роста, проанализированы теории, объясняющие механизмы роста, а также выявлены предикторы данного явления. Установлено, что под посттравматическим личностным ростом понимается субъективный опыт позитивного психологического изменения после воздействия на человека стрессора, угрожающего жизни. Позитивные изменения, которые описываются людьми, переживающими ПТЛР, представлены пятью факторами: отношение к другим; новые возможности; сила личности; духовные изменения; повышение ценности жизни. Описаны две основные теории посттравматического личностного роста. Сделан вывод о том, что представления остаются односторонними, поскольку данные теории в качестве пускового механизма посттравматического личностного роста рассматривают исключительно когнитивные процессы, происходящие после травмы. Вместе с тем анализ опубликованных данных показал, что в качестве предикторов посттравматического личностного роста целесообразно также рассматривать социально-демографические характеристики, показатели здоровья, индивидуально-психологические характеристики, предикторы, связанные с травматическим событием, а центральное место должно отводиться когнитивным процессам и структурам, которые позволяют оценить событие в индивидуальном ключе не только как угрожающее, но и как источник роста. Установлено, что показатели посттравматического личностного роста сопряжены как с общими, так и со специфическими для разных видов травм факторами. Большое значение имеют также данные о сопряженности выраженного посттравматического стресса и роста. Выявлено, что посттравматический стресс и посттравматический личностный рост сосуществуют в одном человеке, и есть мнение, что выраженный стресс является предиктором роста на отдаленных этапах переживания травмы, а не наоборот.
