Developing Mathematics Learning Strategy Module Based on Journal Review

Abstract: Pre-service teachers need to know the variety of learning methods and they should have the ability to plan learning strategies as well. This study aims to develop a module of mathematics learning strategy based on the review of articles published from 2014-2018. This study was conducted using Borg & Gall development model and the quality criteria used referred to Nieveen (valid, practical, and effective). The result shows that the module has met the validity criteria of 3.4, practical criteria of 82%, and it a… Show more

“…The effectiveness of learning using LKPD is measured through the level of completeness of the results of student posttest at the field test stage compared to the KKM value determined by the school, which is equal to 70. Learning using guided inquiry-based LKPD is said to be effective (Saregar, Latifah, & Sari, 2016) if at least 75% of the students take the KKM (Kusumawati & Nayazik, 2018). This is reinforced by the opinion of (A Abdurrahman et al, 2019)that ideal learning completeness occurs when at least 75% of all students get a score above the KKM (Putra, Nur Kholifah, Subali, & Rusilowati, 2018).…”

“…Development of a learning object that is also part of learning material integrated with technology should be designed according to children's development and more specific goals. Technology-based learning provides an opportunity for early childhood to explore more about the elements of color, music to caricatures that children love (Kusumawati & Nayazik, 2018). This provides an opportunity for early age students to increase students' interests and abilities to avoid them from feeling boredom that often arises and able to foster high-level thinking skills (Abdurrahman, Nurulsari, Maulina, & Ariyani, 2019;Nisa, 2012).…”

“…In general, women's achievements are still far behind compared to men. However, the results of this study provide good information, that inequality does not occur in the range of elementary schools to study in areas that are good in terms of educational facilities (Kusumawati & Nayazik, 2018). However, it occurs in certain regions due to economic constraints and uneven education(M. and in the recruitment of workers who prioritize male workforce over women.…”
