The sensitivities of target compounds by DESI-MSI analysis were much lower than those reported for some xenobiotics, such as 2-methylamino-5-chlorobenzophenone (imaged at 5 mg/L), isosteviol sodium (1562.5 ng/mL), pirfenidone (585.9 ng/mL), and fluoropezil (limit of quantitation: 20 ng/mL) .
