The COVID-19 pandemic significantly influenced the relationships established in society. Social distancing, for example, provoked great adaptations of different intensities around the world. Thus, online interventions have become essential as a way to maintain health care for the population. Therefore, the aim of this article is to report the experience of different online interventions offered at the Cognitive-Behavioral Research and Intervention Laboratory (LaPICC-USP). Proposals for intervention, training and supervision were drawn up to meet the demands that emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic, namely: online group intervention; individual online intervention; asynchronous intervention for university students; training of therapists; and a training program for supervisors. All proposals were based on the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy approach, differing by the objective and intensity of each intervention. The results obtained were very positive, elucidating reflections on evidence-based innovation in Psychology, and the construction of interventions anchored in cultural, social and historical adaptations in face of diversity.

No ano de 2020, a população mundial foi marcada pela chegada de um novo vírus, em dezembro de 2019, em Wuhan, na China. Trata-se do Coronavírus-2 da Síndrome Respiratória Aguda Grave (SARS-CoV-2), sétimo Coronavírus conhecido por infectar a espécie humana. É o responsável por desencadear a "doença de Coronavírus 2019", que foi denominada pela Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) de COVID-19 (do inglês coronavírus disease 19). A doença resultou em rápida disseminação global devido à alta capacidade de transmissão em pouco tempo, tendo como principais sintomas: febre, tosse seca e cansaço (1)(2)(3)(4) .Frente ao expressivo número de países que reportaram casos suspeitos e confirmados da COVID-19, logo a doença ficou conhecida, tornando-se agenda no cenário mundial e declarada Emergência de Saúde Pública de Importância Internacional (ESPII) (2) . Após o reconhecimento como pandemia, a OMS, na tentativa de conter o vírus, adotou algumas estratégias de prevenção, como o distanciamento social, fechamento do comércio, restrições de viagens, medidas de higienização das mãos, uso de álcool em gel, máscaras e ausência de aglomerações, de acordo com a gravidade de cada local (2) .A pandemia desencadeou muitas informações divulgadas, que se difundiram rapidamente por diferentes tipos de mídias, ocasionando grande volume informacional, ao incluir falsas notícias, as chamadas fake news. O excesso de notícias provocou desinformação, pânico e confusão, o que gerou o fenômeno denominado infodemia, definido pelo excesso de informações, algumas precisas e outras não, o que torna difícil encontrar fontes idôneas e orientações confiáveis quando necessário (1) .O avanço das tecnologias sociais dificulta a identificação da veracidade das notícias e conscientização das pessoas sobre o que está sendo divulgado (5) . This study seeks to reflect on intercultural care regarding the how to act in the nursing process in the face of different cultures. This is a theoretical study with reflexive approach based on the experience of the academic in building their portfolio carried out in 2020 by means of reflections based on academic portfolios of the fifth semester of a nursing program in the South region of Brazil. After analysis of the produced material and of the noted reflections in the portfolio diary, the following categories emerged: intercultural care in nursing courses and interculturality in the pandemic. Thus, after reflection and discussion on nursing care, we will focus on interculturality in the face of the courses taken, the experiences of the academic trajectory in this period, and, finally, the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic in the process of care for people from the point of view of interculturality. This thematic becomes important for bringing up a reflection on the nurse-patient relation.
