As of now, many investigations are performed in order to develop methods of correlation with the help of relevant algorithms. This is especially helpfull for plotting vectors of displacements in order to estimate deformation of various materials, as well as to determine correspondence between sections of two images through calculation of the cross-correlating functions and to ensure seeking of the extremum. The aim of this study was to develop relevant method to estimate mechanism of fracture of materials in accordance with the data of analysis of a photographic image in respect of the parameter of the image intensity. In addition, this method is to be used with the help of the multivariate analysis (multi-factor analysis) of the interrelationship between image intensity, surface roughness, and possibility to determination the geometrical parameters of the deformation area/deformation volume under different conditions of operation. Digital method of processing of photographs/video frames has been used in order to investigate microstructure and surface of materials in respect of criterion of the image intensity in the course of mechanical tests in accordance with deformations. Quantitative parameters of the image intensity were compared to the structure of material, as well as to the surface roughness before and after destruction of samples. The images used were obtained during mechanical testing of aluminium samples. To ensure the validity of the test results, six specimens of the same type were tested. A stress-strain diagram was drawn up for each specimen. Stress-strain diagrams from the mechanical tests were compared with those from the photo analysis using the method described above. The results correlate well with each other, but unlike the experiment, where the strain is measured only at the strain gauge location, the photo analysis provides a complete picture of the strain distribution over the entire specimen area. In addition, a multivariate analysis has been carried out to evaluate the geometric dimensions and shapes of the structure elements.

One of the main problems of socio-economic development of modern society in the XXI century is to improve the structure of the food industry as one of the leading links in the world economy. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to ensure the solution of a range of scientific, technical, economic and environmental issues, which requires a comprehensive combination of several modern technologies. A special place among them is occupied by membranes, which are used for separation of dispersed systems at many food enterprises and allow to create energetically and ecologically rational options for separation and concentration of solutions using a wide range of filter elements based on inorganic materials. Computer modeling plays an important role in their research. The current technical level of software allows to solve this problem, but only in the presence of a comprehensive research methodology based on information technology design. This will ensure the fullest consideration of all aspects of the technological process.

Світова енергетична криза та екологічні проблеми спонукали стрімке збільшення долі генерації електроенергії відновлювальними джерелами. Проте, режими роботи таких енергопотужностей є досить нерівномірними протягом доби. Так, для енергетики більшості країн, що розвиваються, та частини розвинених країн такі коливання в загальному балансі енерговиробітку призводять до примусового обмеження потужності обладнання на ТЕС, або й до повної зупинки енергоблоків. Недостатня кількість маневрових потужностей в загальному енергогенеруючому балансі є характерною рисою енергосистем таких країн як Російська Федерація, Україна, Македонія, Болгарія, Румунія, Аргентина та низки інших. Нестача таких потужностей часто компенсується за рахунок пиловугільних блоків потужністю 200-300 МВт, що залучаються до роботи в напівпікових та пікових режимах. Дане обладнання проектно не пристосовано до такої роботи. Тому для запобігання передчасного зношення генеруючого устаткування ТЕС пропонується розробка режимного методу управління ресурсом. На базі технічного аудиту експлуатаційної документації генеруючих компаній, запропоновано метод, спрямований на прогнозування раціональних ресурсоощадних режимів роботи високотемпературних елементів енергетичного обладнання шляхом оптимізації дольового відношення числа пусків устаткування з різних теплових станів. Сформульовано задачу оптимізації, яка полягає у визначенні такого розподілу конструктивно-технологічних параметрів процесу, що забезпечують максимальне збереження ресурсу обладнання. Як цільову функцію задачі оптимізації обрано залишковий ресурс. Розроблений метод представлено у вигляді комплекс ної системи оцінки та прогнозування раціональних режимів експлуатації високотемпературних елементів ТЕС, що дає можливість визначення індивідуальних ресурсних показників на протязі всього часу експлуатації обладнання для усіх можливих майбутніх комбінацій режимів роботи та згенерувати прогнози для тисяч різних варіантів режимної експлуатації енергоблоку, з розрахунком ресурсних показників для кожного з них Ключові слова: теплова електростанція, енергоблок, пошкоджуваність, залишковий ресурс, прогнозування, оптимізація
