Abstract:solving the task is the formation of effective methods for assessing and comparing the development of industries in the regions. Determining the degree of influence of institutional parameters on the development of complex socio-economic systems in the regions is not easy, because institutional influences are often measured not by quantitative, but by qualitative indicators. The complexity of solving the problem lies in the adequacy of interpretation and the combination of qualitative and quantitative paramete… Show more
“…In the current conditions of geopolitical transformations in Eastern Europe, there was a need to find new directions of foreign economic activity in both individual sectors and the economy as a whole. Despite the opening of borders for Eastern Europe products on the part of the European Union, it is enough to quickly restore the foreign trade balance of the country only by increasing the production of products that are competitive and in demand in foreign markets (Bazyliuk et al, 2019).…”
The complex of agroindustrial enterpriseis an extremely important branch of the national economy of any state. This area determines the level of food security, and can also be one of the powerful incentives for the growth of the entire economic system of the country. This is why it so important to ensure economic security of agroindustrial enterprise. The purpose of the article is to form the model for assessing the level of economic security of the agroindustrial enterprise. The subject of the study is economic security of the agroindustrial enterprise. It is proved that the effectiveness of anti-crisis measures substantially depends on information support, the formation of which at the proper level is possible when applying the developed model for assessing the level of economic security of the agroindustrial enterprise. The use in the model of quantitative and qualitative indicators can characterize the main parameters of the economic activity of the agroindustrial enterprise and allow to characterize the level of economic security. This model is based on data that were obtained during the assessment by experts who work in agroindustrial enterprises, which may not only be about professionalism, but also take into account the specifics of the studied area. As a result of obtaining one or another value of the integral indicator, the studied agro-industrial enterprise is recognized as requiring no revision of its own strategy for ensuring economic security. The generated model was experimentally applied at ten enterprises in Eastern Europe, in particular in countries such as Poland, the Czech Republic and Ukraine, to test its effectiveness. To define and substantiate our research, we applied the following general research methods: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization, synthesis and analysis, morphological analysis. The following methods are specific for our research: SAW methodology, in our work is designed to form a polyvariate decision-making model for assessing the level of economic security, as well as a method of expert evaluation, which are designed to form a list of necessary for the formation of the above model. The novelty of our research lies in the developed integrated indicator for assessing the level of economic security of agribusiness and its practical application.

“…In general, the difference between our study and similar ones presented in the works of many scientists from all over the world [9][10][11] is in the analysis of the current situation in the selected region and the formation of its main ones through the econometric method, the matrix for the orderly application of measures to counter threats to ensure demographic security and sustainable development of a region that is not in normal conditions but has an aggressive military environment.…”
The main purpose of the article is to identify the main threats to demographic security and sustainable development of the region in the context of military actions. The methodology implies modern methods of hierarchical analysis and analysis methods. The reason for choosing this topic is accompanied by the fact that, because demographic factors significantly affect the stability and security of the development of the region, the problem of ensuring demographic security, in particular in terms of identifying and tracking changes in key threats, is relevant and important for the further restoration of human resources. According to the results of the study, the features of the transformation of the main threats to demographic security and sustainable development of a particular region were determined. A response level matrix was proposed for each of the identified threats in order to counteract the most impact and further reduce the pace of implementation of activities. Research has limitations. The fact that as a result of hostilities, a small number of regions can be the object of research. In the future, we should consider the demographic security and sustainable development of regions that do not have the influence of military actions and compare them with our research results.
“…In fact, it is the presence of the methodology described above that is not new. For example, scientists [23][24][25] used a similar methodology to ensure one or another security of an enterprise for its economic development or even the most sustainable development of the region [26][27][28]. Our research findings focus on the type of management where this methodology is relevant and new.…”
The purpose of the study involves the presentation of a methodological approach to planning in the management system of innovative and production activities of enterprises for the sustainable economic development of the region. To achieve the goals set, a number of methods were used that formed the research methodology. The main practical method that was used is the method of functional modeling and graphical demonstration of the process. The method is a modeling technique with specific goals and sub-processes to achieve it (IDEF). The results of the study demonstrated the formation of decompositions of models, each of which offers certain areas for improving planning in the management system of innovative and production activities of enterprises for the sustainable economic development of the region. The model was presented in the practice of several enterprises in a particular region. The model has all the principles of effective application for the implementation of the planning function in the management system of innovative and production activities of enterprises for the sustainable economic development of the region. Originality is manifested in the application of existing methods in a new field.
