Child and adolescent violence: oral story of women who attempted suicide

Abstract: Objective: To unveil expressions of intrafamily violence experienced in childhood and/or adolescence by women who attempted suicide. Method: This is a study with a qualitative approach based on Oral Story. Participants were ten women with a history of suicide attempt, who experienced intrafamily violence in childhood and/or adolescence.
