A Importância Da Reunião Familiar Para a Tomada De Decisão Na Assistência Aos Pacientes Em Cuidados Paliativos

“…No Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), o acesso aos cuidados especializados ao estomizado está amparado pelas Diretrizes Nacionais para a Assistência à Saúde das Pessoas Ostomizadas(MS, 2009), pela instituição da Rede de Cuidados à Pessoa com deficiência no âmbito do SUS (MS, 2012) e na portaria de consolidação das normas sobre as redes do SUS (MS, 2017). É a partir desses marcos legais que se formam estruturas e serviços, passando assim a oferecer atendimento multiprofissional e com dispensação de dispositivos coletores e adjuvantes pelo SUS(FREITAS et al, 2018). Todavia, esses serviços vêm se constituindo em ritmos diferentes nos territórios, podendo gerar dificuldades no acesso à atenção e cuidados necessários.…”
