Cargas psíquicas de trabalho e desgaste dos trabalhadores de enfermagem de hospital de ensino do Paraná, Brasil

Abstract: objetivou analisar cargas psíquicas de trabalho da equipe de enfermagem de hospital de ensino e sua relação com os desgastes desses trabalhadores. Foi realizado sob o referencial teórico do materialismo histórico, com abordagem qualitativa, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas, com sete gerentes de enfermagem.
