Abstract: ÖZÇalışma hayatında son yıllarda önemli görülen konulardan bir tanesi esneklik olgusudur. Bu araştırmada, işgörenlerin esnek çalışmaya ilişkin tutumlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. İşgörenlerin esnek ça-lışma uygulamalarına yönelik tutumlarının; esnekliğin; bireysel, örgütsel ve toplumsal açıdan oluşturduğu avantajlarından ve dezavantajlarından etkilendiği söylenebilir.
