Business Model Canvas as Tool for SME

Abstract: Abstract. SME needs good tools to overcome the "grow or die" situation many of them reaches a few years after start. This paper describes the strategy of two SMEs, based on a short case study, in the context of Osterwalders' Business Model Canvas.
