“…As aforementioned, the PCN+ had merely suggestive or illustrative character, relying on the principle of teaching autonomy. However, unlike the PCN+, the BNCC has a normative character, and this brings some challenges in terms of how to preserve the autonomy of teachers and school systems (ALVES, 2014; FERREIRA; ABREU; LOUZADA-SILVA, 2020; GARCIA; FERREIRA; SANTOS;SILVA, 2020;SÜSSEKIND;MASKE, 2020), as well as the role of the exam in this organization.
