Along the progress of the era and technological developments, making the human lifestyle cannot be separated from its use. In digital era nowadays, technology is used to make human needs easily. A website is important for the progress of an Association. One of the ways that the Association's Website can grow is by maintaining the Website. The APTISI website is designed using the WordPress CMS (Content Management System). WordPress is an open system software and designed by the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This study is aim to develop a website by increasing the credibility of the association. In order to improve the statistics on website visits, it is necessary to have innovation and creativity in viewing and posting news on the website. The APTISI website make use of probability calculations and statistical data using a monitoring tool called statcounter. This tool functions to count the number of visitors based on unique visits which can be seen in the statistics column. In addition, the use of this statcounter is useful as a standard reference for website admins to update the viewboard on a better website in the future.standard for website admins to update the appearance of a better website in the future

With the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, the act of counterfeiting becomes an easy thing to do. An image editor application intended to heed a work of art, has now turned its function into a tool for document forgery. Forgery of a diploma is a form of deviant behavior that violates the rule of law and makes the perpetrator criminal. Economic conditions, low education and the need to get a job are reasons for perpetrators to commit forgery. In addition, political motives are also often a reason to get political office. One of the technologies to anticipate this problem is to apply blockcerts to electronic diplomas. Blockcert is built using blockchain technology that provides transparency and accountability in the storage of certificates and diplomas. This research resulted in a system of publishing and validating e-diplomas and e-transcripts at the University of Dinamika Bangsa which are stored on a private blockchain. The system has been tested and all modules are running properly according to the expected output.

?Cryptocurrency is a blockchain-based technology that is often used as a digital currency. Digital money is different from conventional money, this type of money does not have a physical form but only a block of data bound by a hash as validation. The data is spread to every cryptocurrency user who is in the environment. So that when a user makes a transaction, data mining will be carried out. Cryptocurrencies have several advantages but also have disadvantages when used as currency, from a legal point of view there is still no law governing the circulation of currency in digital form (cryptocurrency). The government must recognize digital currency so that it can be accepted by the general public as a means of payment. For now, the government has not recognized digital money (cryptocurrency) as a currency, because Cryptocurrency is a new phenomenon by some people in Indonesia. The rapid development of technology in the 4.0 revolution era, in the next few years money in physical form will be replaced by digital money seeing the many conveniences provided by using digital money.
