Avaliação do desempenho do trabalhador como forma peculiar de prescrição do trabalho: uma análise do PMAQ-AB

Abstract: Este artigo descreve a avaliação do desempenho do trabalhador como um instrumento de gestão do trabalho caracterizado por inverter a clássica prescrição do trabalho e tem como objetivo evidenciar a utilização deste instrumento na política pública de saúde, por meio da análise de conteúdo do Programa Nacional de Melhoria do Acesso e da Qualidade da Atenção Básica (PMAQ-AB).
