Avaliação de satisfação de usuários

Abstract: Este estudo é uma revisão de literatura com síntese qualitativa dos estudos voltados para a análise metodológica das avaliações de satisfação de usuários com serviços de saúde. Foram analisados 54 artigos publicados principalmente em revistas indexadas pelo Medline e Web of Science no período de 1970 a 2005.
