“…Os impactos da violência repercutem na saúde das mulheres, afetam o aspecto psicológico considerando a proximidade existente entre mulher e agressor, e põem em risco sua integridade física, por conta dos traumas sofridos. Em decorrência das situações de violência, as mulheres procuram os serviços de saúde, aspirando por cuidados, sendo as unidades hospitalares de urgência e emergência, as principais portas de entrada, na modalidade espontânea, para casos que apresentam gravidades no quadro clínico e potencializam o risco de óbito (Acosta et al, 2018) Nessa conjuntura, o universo hospitalar de urgência e emergência é dinâmico, caracterizado por intensas rotinas de trabalho, superlotação e alta demanda de usuários em virtude das gravidades no quadro clínico, somados à falta de materiais e medicamentos, quantidade reduzida de profissionais e falhas na infraestrutura (Paula, 2020).
