Application of technologies of formal and non-formal education for continuous professional development of the modern specialist

The main purpose of the article is to analyze, systematize and research the main pedagogical aspects of the formation of professional competence of students of physical culture. In modern conditions, the developing information society requires significant changes in the domestic education system, while creating for each person significant opportunities to receive information in the volume that he needs for self-development and self-improvement. At the same time, it is obvious that the transition to a new model of education excludes the passive role of participants in the educational process, since only an active position in obtaining knowledge will allow students to form “the ability to live and work in an information society”, to determine the individual trajectory of education. The increased requirements for the quality of education in the context of its structural restructuring and integration into the global educational space significantly change the level of social expectations in relation to the effectiveness of the entire complex of pedagogical sciences. For this, the methods of theoretical analysis of specialized literature in the field of introducing and improving the basic pedagogical technologies of the process of developing professional competence of students of physical culture were used. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the main aspects of professional training of students in a pandemic. In modern conditions, an important place is given to the integration of science, education and innovation. University education is designed to provide systemic knowledge about the professional field of activity, its specifics and should form the personal qualities of a specialist. It is assumed that this is one of the decisive factors in the development of the economy and society. The need for highly qualified and proactive workers is exacerbated in new conditions, where the issues of professional and practical training and education of a competitive specialist during their studies at higher educational institutions are of particular importance. The development of university education provides for the acquisition of such a quality that meets the needs of the student's personality, the requirements of society and ensures integration into the global educational space. In modern market conditions, the following requirements are imposed on them: a high level of theoretical training, the prevailing level of social maturity, high efficiency in situations of uncertainty, quick adaptation to the working environment. The study was carried out using the following theoretical methods: systems analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, classification, generalization and systematization, idealization and abstraction. Based on the results of the study, the key aspects of professional training of students in a pandemic have been determined.

The main purpose of the article is to study the features of the pedagogical culture of university teachers in the context of the impact of COVID-19. New trends in education that emerged at the turn of the second and third millennia, the emergence of new paradigms of education, a new system of social values and goals of education, its dialogue with human culture as its creator and subject capable of cultural self-education, stimulated a special interest in the study of the phenomenon of "pedagogical culture" and its components. The events taking place in the world as a result of the spread of the coronavirus infection COVID-19 refer to a global emergency of a nature. Of course, in these forced conditions, it is difficult for teachers to simultaneously master new methods and tools of distance learning, develop methodological support for the disciplines taught, or transform it into a digital form and immediately introduce it into the educational process.
