O desenvolvimento de plataformas Free/Libre and Open Source Software (FLOSS) para trabalho colaborativo oferece grandes desafios para o projeto de interação, devido às características de coletividade, distribuição geográfica e divergências. Com o objetivo de compreender esse tipo de projeto de interação, está sendo conduzida uma pesquisa etnográfica em um plataforma para projetos colaborativos desenvolvida à partir do framework Drupal e da ideologia do Design Livre. Os resultados preliminares da pesquisa sugerem que os esforços de projeto se orientam para a dialética entre infraestrutura e superestrutura.

RESUMO:Esta pesquisa objetivou analisar os processos de criação da RESEX Rio Xingu e a elaboração do seu Plano de Manejo, destacando como se deu a assimilação e repercussão desses processos pelas famílias ribeirinhas locais. A metodologia baseou-se na aplicação de entrevistas semiestruturadas, transcrição das mesmas, observação direta e participante e caminhadas nas áreas de uso das famílias. Foi optado pelo uso de narrativas devido ao fato de estas representarem com maior fidelidade a opinião e realidade vivenciada pelos interlocutores. No caso em estudo, a criação da Unidade de Conservação contribuiu para que fosse modificada a condição de usurpação das terras dos ribeirinhos por grileiros e fazendeiros, entretanto, foram verificadas dificuldades de assimilação pelos moradores da nova conjuntura estabelecida pela criação da RESEX e regras no seu Plano de Manejo, decorrentes, principalmente, da imposição de normatizações relacionadas a práticas tradicionalmente adotadas pelas famílias, o que influenciou no não cumprimento ou no sentimento do direito de não cumprir as regras estabelecidas, mudanças nas relações sociais e externalização de conflitos. Essa repercussão está atribuída, sobretudo, à rapidez com que foi conduzida a criação da área protegida, falhas no processo metodológico de construção do Plano de Manejo, ao comportamento passivo das famílias, quando consultadas, e à falta de maturação no diálogo entre os moradores da Reserva e as instituições envolvidas no processo de criação e gestão da mesma.Palavras-chave: Amazônia; modos de vida; plano de manejo; populações tradicionais. The potential of narratives in understanding the meanings people attach to the environment and to themselves contribute to their use in qualitative research. However, few procedural details of these surveys are found, especially those that integrate reports into a single story. This work describes the production of knowledge in qualitative health research coming from the study of pleasure, suffering and illness in higher education teachers. The experiences reported in 25 interviews were the guide of an interpretive analysis based on the hermeneutic-dialectic and the construction of a new narrative by the researchers. The material was discussed and reviewed by the participants in a validation workshop.The data that was collectively built and the dynamics observed in the workshop confirmed the potentiality offered by this kind of investigation as a methodological alternative in qualitative health research.Keywords: Narrative. IntroductionNarratives permeate people's life since childhood -in the family, at school -and eventually encompass great narratives about the world and life. Many fields are interested in COMUNICAÇÃO SAÚDE EDUCAÇÃO 2018; 22(64):133-40 them, such as the arts and sciences 1 . They are cultural reports on what makes human beings pulsate, and contribute to organize the structure of human experience and the memory of events through stories, myths, and through reasons for doing something or not 2,3 .In the field of sciences, they have been employed in qualitative research by means of different approaches -life histories, biographies, testimonies, oral or written reports -that share the importance given to the participants' subjectivity based on the experiences they narrate to the researcher. In this context, the dialogic process is prioritized, as well as its relational and collective nature in which subjectivity is considered a social construction 4 .In publications about the use of narratives in research, the areas of education and health stand out.
