Change of a market situation causes necessity of innovative development of economy that causes necessity in research of methodical bases of formation of innovative activity. In work the questions causing necessity of application of digital technologies in economy are considered. The object of research is digital system of retail. The research is based on application of descriptive-analytical, comparative and other methods necessary for carrying out research in the chosen sphere. The work systematizes the main approaches in the development of the theory of innovation, identified a logical relationship between marketing and innovation activities, identified the priority role of innovation in the formation of consumer value chain. The necessity of digitalization of retail based on the application of innovative marketing tools has been substantiated. The strategic orientation of innovative solutions applying information technologies is proved.

Innovations play a decisive role in the country’s economy, as they allow making scientific discoveries, improving production, and creating a fundamentally new product. The main goal of the research is to study technological innovations for determining prospects and development trends. Evaluation, comparison, analyzation and systematization methods for data were used throughout the research. Road construction was chosen as the object of the study. Themonitoring result of the innovation development strategy is the definition of boundaries of financing the fundamental and applied science sectors.Support for the commercialization of developments and an assessment of the country’s existing innovative potential are also identified. The obtained results allow determining the main application areas of technological innovations.

The informatization of managerial activities, the growing importance of IT technologies, providing the processing of an extensive amount of information that is necessary for making decisions in the field of HRmanagement,areconsidered.Itleadstoachangeintherequirementsfor the skills and abilities of future employees. Also, the requirements on the part of companies for HR specialists change in the direction of their complexity, orientation on friendly environmental production, which leads to the need for intellectual capital in the organization. Modern information and communication technologies lead to the transformation of forms of employment and affect all subjects and all institutions of the labour market. In this situation, companies, especially industrial ones (such as agricultural, engineering, machinery), should also follow the rules of ecofriendly environmentthatcouldbesupportedbydigitalization.Thereistheformation of an ecosystem of personnel in the world: management of employees outside the enterprise. Since HR functions in many companies belong to thoseservingthemainprocess,itseemsappropriatetousealternativeforms ofemployment,forexample,staffleasing.Advantagesanddisadvantagesof HR staff leasing were described. Despite the recent development of staff leasing in Russia, there is a good future, as it will allow many companies to take a balanced approach to resolve the issue of optimal use of personnel in the organization’sactivities.
