Objective: to analyz the didactic strategies used in the teaching and learning process of nursing management.Method: an integrative review of the literature available in the Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences and the Scientific Electronic Library Online databases using the following descriptors and keywords in Portuguese: teaching, nursing, management, administration, management, nursing education, organization and administration, distance education and health management. The sample consisted of 23 publications.Results: the didactic strategies used for teaching nursing management are especially related to the independent working method and team work method. Strategies that make the articulation between theory and practice possible are highlighted such as: situational strategic planning, the problematization methodology using Maguerez' Arch, seminars, workshops, and dialogued and interactive lectures/classes. Conclusion ESTRATÉGIAS DIDÁTICAS NO PROCESSO DE ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM DE GESTÃO EM ENFERMAGEM RESUMOObjetivo: analisar as estratégias didáticas utilizadas no processo de ensino e aprendizagem de gestão em enfermagem.Método: revisão integrativa da literatura na base de dados Literatura Latino-Americano e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde e Scientific Electronic Library Online, utilizando-se os seguintes descritores e palavras-chave: ensino, enfermagem, gestão, administração, gerenciamento, educação em enfermagem, organização e administração, educação a distância e gestão em saúde. A amostra foi composta por 23 publicações.Resultados: as estratégias didáticas utilizadas no ensino de gestão em enfermagem estão relacionadas, principalmente, ao método de trabalho independente e método de trabalho em grupo. Destacaram-se as estratégias que possibilitam a articulação entre teoria e prática, tais como: planejamento estratégico situacional, metodologia da problematização com o método do Arco de Maguerez, seminários, oficinas e exposições dialogadas interativas. Resumo OBJETIVO Propor parâmetros para qualificar o preenchimento do Sistema de Classificação de Pacientes proposto por Perroca MÉTODO Estudo de validação por consenso realizado em 2014, em hospital universitário. Amostra incluiu 10 enfermeiros especialistas, quatro professores e um profissional da informática, todos com conhecimento no Sistema de Classificação. As informações foram coletadas e analisadas por meio de registro de reuniões, onde foram discutidas estratégias para viabilizar a aplicação sistemática do instrumento na instituição. Para a construção foi considerado consenso de 100% entre experts. RESULTADOS Elaborou-se o guia de parâmetros informatizado com descrição do que avaliar em cada item do instrumento de Perroca, padronizando o preenchimento pelos enfermeiros. CONCLUSÕES O guia de parâmetros possibilitou minimizar a subjetividade dos avaliadores ao aplicar o instrumento de classificação, forneceu elementos norteadores para preenchimento e qualificou a aferição dos cuidados de enfermagem.
