The company's success in achieving the goals that have been set is due to having good managerial skills in planning, organizing, mobilizing, and controlling. Many companies are then looking for a system model that can lead to the achievement of goals. If the model or system is considered capable of leading to the achievement of organizational goals then the system is considered an Expert System. One of them is the Halal Assurance System (HAS 23000), which is a management system used as a model by companies in implementing halal production processes. The HAS23000 concept certainly has a management construction that includes functions in management. This research is library research using a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The results of the study show that the 11 criteria in HAS23000 are divided into management functions in the perspective of George Robert Terry, namely criteria 1 is a planning function, criteria 2 is an organizing function, criteria 3 is a function of movement, criteria 4, 5, and 6 covers all management functions. That is planning, organizing, mobilizing, and controlling, and finally, the criteria 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 are the function of control or supervision. With the theoretical approach of George Robert Terry's management function in analyzing the management functions contained in HAS 23000, this is the novelty of previous researchers.

This study aims to determine sentiment towards Islamic insurance in the last 16 years, from 2006 to 2022. The method used is descriptive statistical analysis combined with meta-analysis and sentiment from secondary data in metadata from 100 journals taken from Dimension, then processed using Microsoft Excel 2016 and SentiStrength software. The results of the sentiment analysis show that expert opinions on the development of Islamic insurance vary, with positive sentiments of 37%, negative sentiments of 34%, and neutral sentiments of 29%. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there had been researched on the topic of Islamic insurance in the scientific literature. From the results of this study, it can be seen that there are differences of opinion among some scholars regarding Islamic insurance with the results of the impact of Islamic insurance itself. So, there is a need for cooperation between scholars and Islamic insurance experts to determine the law of Islamic insurance itself. This is complemented by the dissemination of literacy regarding Islamic insurance and its impact on individuals and the country, to increase public awareness of the importance of choosing Islamic insurance by Islamic law to avoid sins and loss of property.

Halal Certificate is a halal guarantee certificate for a product issued by an institution, be it a private institution or a government agency. There are pros and cons among the public and researchers regarding the existence of Halal certification. Therefore, this research was conducted to examine halal certification within the scope of the economy in terms of the opinions of Twitter social media users. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive statistics from literature studies with the theme of halal certification. The data used in this study are 13,824 tweets related to Halal Certification. To classify tweets, a Python library called VADER (Valence Aware Dictionary and Sentiment Reasoner) is used. VADER (Valence Aware Dictionary and Sentiment Reasoner) is a lexicon and rule-based sentiment analysis tool adapted to social media sentiment but also works on texts from other domains. The results of the sentiment analysis show that there is a tendency for positive perceptions of Halal Certification in the opinion of Twitter users, with positive sentiment of 41.8%, neutral sentiment of 30.8% and negative sentiment of 27.4%. This diversity of sentiment results is obtained because of the pros and cons of the existence of Halal Certification. The benefit of this research is for literature material and considerations related to Halal Certification. As well as efforts to identify threats, negative perceptions, and lack of Halal certification. In addition, to find out positive perceptions, advantages and benefits of Halal Certification.
