Some of the effects caused by work stress are physiological symptoms, including headaches, cold sweats, palpitations, psychological symptoms include dissatisfied with work, conflicts in interpersonal relationships, irritability, irritability, behavioral symptoms include withdrawal, decreased productivity and lack of loyalty (Robbins and Judge, 2015) The results of this study are in accordance with the results of a study conducted by Prihatini (2012) in (Sari, Yusran, and Ardiansyah, 2017) which showed that there was a relationship between workload and nurse work stress with a correlation of 0.885.
