Análise das atribuições dos fonoaudiólogos do NASF em municípios da região metropolitana do Recife

Abstract

OBJETIVO: analisar as atribuições dos fonoaudiólogos no Núcleo de Apoio a Saúde da Família (NASF) de acordo com preconizações da portaria GM nº 154 de 24 de janeiro de 2008. MÉTODO: os dados foram coletados por meio de um questionário semi-estruturado, aplicado aos fonoaudiólogos do NASF da Região Metropolitana do Recife (RMR), dividido em dois eixos, um relacionado ao perfil do fonoaudiólogo e outro referente às atividades desenvolvidas e organização do processo de trabalho. RESULTADOS: verificou-se que 100% dos entrevistados são do sexo feminino e afirmaram ter experiência em trabalhos com comunidade. Destes, 80% realizavam atendimentos domiciliares e 60% relataram experiências com trabalho multiprofissional ou interdisciplinar. Quanto às atribuições desenvolvidas pelas fonoaudiólogas no NASF, observou-se que 60% realizaram o diagnóstico de área antes do início do trabalho, confirmando a pactuação de grupos prioritários comas Equipes de Saúde da Família (ESF). Todas afirmam realizar ações integradas entre ESF, NASF e equipamentos sociais, existindo projetos intersetoriais e ações de inclusão de pessoas com deficiências em 80% destes. Dentre as entrevistadas, 60% priorizam ações de reabilitação. CONCLUSÃO: o estudo sobre o perfil profissional e o processo de trabalho dos fonoaudiólogos atuantes nos NASF pode ajudar a identificar os desafios enfrentados no seu cotidiano e subsidiar ações que promovam mudanças na formação e atuação desses profissionais em direção a um cuidado mais integral e resolutivo.

Fonoaudiologia e estratégia de saúde da família: implicação da dimensão estrutural na qualidade da atenção à saúde fonoaudiológica
