An RCT of adherence therapy for people with schizophrenia in Chiang Mai, Thailand

Abstract: Adherence therapy has a positive impact on patients' psychiatric symptoms, attitude towards and satisfaction with medication. Nurses can effectively deliver adherence therapy following intensive training.
