An Integral Approach to Evaluating Outcome Evaluation Training

Abstract: Public and private nonprofit organizations are increasing training efforts to build individual and organizational capacity to carry out and utilize outcome evaluation. Evaluators of training are challenged to find comprehensive evaluative frameworks.
