Alimentação, sistema agroalimentar e os consumidores: novas conexões para o desenvolvimento rural

Abstract: Propomos abordar o movimento de conexão e desconexão da cadeia de abastecimento dada pelas relaçõesintermediadas pelo alimento. Evidenciamos que há uma hegemonia do sistema agroalimentar global quedistanciou quem produz e quem consome com conseqüências para ambos, gerando movimentos de críticae contestação que propõem novas relações de reaproximação entre estas esferas.
