Adaptação e validação da Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) aplicada a assistentes sociais em Portugal

Abstract: Objetivo: O presente estudo visa avaliar os itens e as respetivas dimensões da Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-17) de Schaufeli e Bakker (2009), aplicada a assistentes sociais a exercer funções em Portugal. Método: Foi aplicada a versão portuguesa da UWES a uma amostra constituída por 1369 assistentes sociais portugueses, 94% do sexo feminino e 6% do sexo masculino, com uma média de idades de 39 anos (desvio-padrão = 8,99).
