Adaptação cultural e validade de conteúdo do ISTAP Skin Tear Classification para o português no Brasil

Abstract: Objetivo: Adaptar culturalmente o ISTAP Skin Tear Classification para a língua portuguesa no Brasil e testar a validade de conteúdo da versão adaptada.
