Ação de diferentes enzimas na germinação de sementes de alface (Lactuca sativa L.) - Asteraceae

Abstract: A germinação de sementes envolve o uso de diferentes enzimas no metabolismo. O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar o efeito de diferentes enzimas comerciais na germinação de sementes de alface. As sementes de alface foram imersas em uma solução de 300 mL de água destilada e 5,0 mL de solução enzimática durante uma hora.
