A influência dos vínculos com a organização sobre o bem-estar subjetivo do trabalhador

Abstract: Resumo Este estudo objetivou buscar evidências de validade discriminante entre os vínculos organizacionais comprometimento e entrincheiramento. Para tanto, foram testadas através de análises de correlação e regressão as relações entre ambos os vínculos e o bem-estar subjetivo (BES), utilizando uma amostra com 310 trabalhadores de diferentes organizações.
