A “cegueira geográfica” nas políticas públicas territoriais e regionais brasileiras

Abstract: Este artigo tem por objetivo discutir a validade teórica e operacional dos conceitos de território e região na proposta da Política Nacional de Ordenamento Territorial (PNOT) e na sistematização da primeira Política Nacional de Desenvolvimento Regional (PNDR I).
