A Atualidade De Gilberto Velho: Perspectivas Antropológicas Entre História E Filosofia

Abstract

RESUMO O presente artigo analisa a maneira como o pensamento de Gilberto Velho constrói uma antropologia urbana situada a partir do que o próprio autor nomeia de ecletismo. De início, procuramos mostrar os impactos dessa visão para sua antropologia urbana. Posteriormente, a partir de uma mirada propriamente antropológica, apresentamos a análise da complexidade em perspectiva histórica. Por último, procuramos uma confluência entre procedimentos de reflexão que baseiam o trabalho de Gilberto Velho e aqueles operados por filósofos que o influenciaram.
