Drying of Mentha piperita leaves on a fixed bed at different temperatures and air velocities

Abstract: RESUMO -A espécie Mentha piperita, conhecida popularmente como hortelã pimenta além de ser uma planta medicinal, é utilizada nas indústrias farmacêutica, alimentícia e cosmética.
