Efeitos do polimento na potência aeróbia máxima em atletas de indoor soccer

Abstract: -The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of tapering on maximum aerobic power (VO 2 max) in young male indoor soccer athletes. Participants were 78 athletes aged 12-17 years randomly divided into experimental (EG) and control group (CG). Both groups did the same training planning until the last three weeks (tapering phase). “…Esto respalda la utilización de estas variables para identificar la carga externa referente a la intensidad (Owen et al, 2017) en comparación que solo utilizar la distancia o variables del volumen de entrenamiento. Sin embargo, estas variables no encontraron diferencia entre los microciclos M3 y los dos microciclos de mantenimiento M4 y M5, interpretamos que esta situación fue influenciada por la demanda física de las tareas de entrenamiento, donde hubo un aumento del número de sesiones, reducción de la distancia y minutos, lo cual es una buen estrategia de planificación para un microciclo de mantenimiento y reducción de la carga (Fortes et al, 2016).
